Keep your own business identity. CTP/Rennert Travel does not market to your clients. Think of us as your “back office support”. Your clients will only deal with you directly.
As an independent business, each RennertAtHome.com agent will use and promote their own business name. Agents may not use CTP/Rennert Travel logos or names in any consumer-directed marketing. As an independent business, each RennertAtHome.com agent will use and promote their own business name. If an agent feels they need to share the benefit of belonging to CTP/Rennert Travel they must identify themselves as an independent affiliate of CTP/Rennert Travel in all branding and marketing. However, when booking with suppliers and utilizing Rennert Travel’s ARC/IATA#, you do need to identify yourself as a Rennert Travel agent.

After your first six months with RennertAtHome.com you can earn an IATAN card, provided you meet IATAN eligibility requirements. Experienced agents currently holding IATAN cards may transfer their cards at anytime provided they currently meet IATA requirements.
Supplier specials and FAM trip offerings are emailed directly to you.
Once you’re accepted as one of our agents, you’ll receive a welcome email with information to help you get started as soon as possible. Within a few days, you’ll also receive a welcome call from our Host Agency Administrator who will walk you through some of our processes and answer any questions you may have. It’s in our mutual best interest to get you up and running quickly so that you can make the most of what RennertAtHome.com has to offer. Of course, throughout your affiliation with RennertAtHome.com, our support team is there to help you with ongoing questions and is available by email or phone.
